To ease the process and speed things up, there are a few things you can prepare before contacting us:

- Record a film/take some pictures
Do you have the possibility to record a short film or take some pictures of the problem you’re experiencing? Then please do!
This is most likely the first thing we’re gonna ask for.
Larger films than 7mb are preferably sent via something like sprend.com since our email can’t handle larger files.
